Learners (students) continue to learn new tools and skills transitioning back to full in-person learning to become comfortable with themselves and each other. Please help me provide our learners with a predictable routine that promotes healthy and confidence-building skills. These items will enhance their school environment, not only in the classroom but in their everyday life as well.
Cooking is rewarding to children.
It instills responsibility, inspires self-confidence, reinforces reading and math skills and is fun. Children like preparing foods they can eat and share with their friends.
Microwave cooking can encourage better eating habits. Children can make hot breakfasts and lunches and nutritious snacks, like a baked apple or hot cider, in just a few minutes.
We strive to make in-person learning a safe and inviting space where students can continue learning, thriving, building their school community, and promoting the school culture.
