Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
My sweet kiddos are living in and attending a high poverty school. They work hard, helping us achieve A+ exemplary status, they love their school and feel safe here.
Our school events are well attended by students and their parents because they are as committed to this wonderful place as we the teachers are.
The parents support us in every way they can. So while money is not something they have much of, they do have their time and show their support in that way.
My Project
My students will use these headphones during times that would require using their Chromebooks. We need these because, of course, these pieces of technology make noise and can become very distracting. They use their Chromebooks for all subject areas, including literacy and writing. Learning to use technology in the world today is important, but it is crucial for all students to be able to concentrate without being distracted by noise. This will improve my classroom environment and our small group learning communities. It will also help the other students in the room that are not using technology at the time to be able to focus on the task that they are working on.
