My Students

To raise new questions, new possibilities, to regard old problems from a new angle, requires creative imagination and marks real advance in science." -Albert Einstein. It's my goal to capture my students' imagination with meaningful resources.

I'm blessed to have the unique opportunity to work with some of the best kids.

We are a title one school. My class has 15 vibrant personalities, primarily ELL students. Nearly all kids are free and reduced lunch and could benefit from exposure to STEM activities.

My Project

Interdisciplinary/cross-curricular teaching involves a conscious effort to apply knowledge, principles, and/or values to more than one academic discipline simultaneously. I'm requesting a complete owl pellet kit and owl flip chart for an ultimate stem activity.

The disciplines are related through a central theme and provides a transfer of learning, teaching students to think and reason, and providing a curriculum more relevant for my kids.
