Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very special, very sweet, and very respectful. From the moment they walk in the classroom, I can see that they enjoy coming to school and are eager to learn. We are in a low-income district and many of my students' parents work very hard to provide for their families.

I have noticed that they get super excited when we learn something new.

My students are highly motivated and enjoy hands-on experiences. They enjoy to collaborate with one another as they learn new things.

My Project

With the use of the anatomy models, my students will be able to gain a deeper understanding of how organs work. My students will be able to work in groups and have hands-on experiences. They will also be able to listen to their own heartbeat with the use of the stethoscope so that they can learn how the heart works.

By having hands-on experiences and lab coats, my students will be introduced to a future career in medicine.

They will also be learning and having fun by playing with the Fascinating Facts Human Body Game. By donating to our project, you will make it possible for my students to have an amazing learning experience in science.
