My Students

Every morning our school shouts out our motto, which describes them as being a leader, responsible, respectful, resourceful, and proud. My students follow this motto in school and in life.

My students come from a city that has been considered one of the most dangerous cities in America.

Despite that, they are creating their own path to a successful future. It amazes me to see how fully engaged they are to learn each and every day. I feel privileged to teach such a great group of kids.

My Project

I work in a Title 1 school and money is always tight! My students love creating writing and math projects! They want to show off their work! Currently we can only use command hooks to put things on our walls. They are eager to show off their hard work in both the classroom and in the hallways!

My students need hooks to hold their materials in the classroom!

My students will also use these hooks to hang flashcards on their desks, hang their headphones for a tangle free solution, and hang their hall passes! My students deserve the best, and I try my hardest to be the best teacher I can be!
