My Students

My students have a wonderful problem. They are now hooked on reading! While we have an extensive library in our classroom, my students would love to see our library grow.

Many of my students come from homes where books are not a priority.

Thankfully, our 5th grade classroom is a book lovers dream. Students from other classrooms come to our classroom to borrow books. Students are now borrowing books for their parents and siblings to read. They are officially hooked on reading and have read many of the books in our classroom library. Their love of reading is becoming infectious!

My Project

I've selected a variety of books to meet my students' diverse needs and interests. The majority of the books that I selected were requested by my students. Don't you just love it that students are asking for books? Being that this is my second year with my current group of students, I would love to update our classroom library with some new, highly-requested titles.

By donating to our project, you will allow for 24+ students, parents and family members to continue to love reading.
