Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Have you ever looked at a bookshelves that was overcrowded? How did this make you feel? I know my students are not eager to go over and squeeze books out of a stuffed shelf and read it.

All of my student have a disability, but despite their label they are more than capable to learn anything they put their minds to.

They might need a little extra time and help, but they can reach any goal they choose! This year's goal is for students to read more books, but in order for this to happen we need a home for our books!

My Project

Our resource we are asking for is a revolving book case to display all the wonderful literature that is available to students. This book case will allow books to be displayed in an inviting way that will welcome students to find a book just for them.

This project is so important because some of our books do not have a home.

Students will enjoy reading a book so much more if the books are easy to access and displayed properly. Will you provide our books with a new home?
