My Students

My students come from all different socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnic groups. Students range from having learning disabilities which makes learning the traditional way very difficult, to Autism which requires a new approach to learning. The best part is, their background and disability does not stop them from wanting to succeed. I also have the privilege to teach many students who are English Language Learners.

My students come to school with hopes of learning to solve basic to complex mathematical problems, but more than that, to feel successful and accepted.

Although they have many obstacles in class, they feel like they are important and learn to believe in themselves. These kids are some of the hardest working people I know.

My Project

These materials will be used daily in our classroom. Often times students come to school without pencils or pencil lead. As the sick season continues to roll through, tissues are also a necessity to keep germs at bay. Laminating pouches help me prep and keep materials for long time use, for students to use during our review days and extension days. These are quality materials that will help us get through the rest of the school year!

My students are energetic and ready to learn!

Having the basic essentials available allow them to have access to a smooth learning environment throughout the day.

They truly love school and want to succeed. In order to continue providing them with a positive learning environment, I need these materials!
