Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Since returning to campus after being home for almost two years, I noticed my students miss being at home and feeling comfortable while learning. I want my students to feel like they have the flexibility and comfort while they learn if they feel as if they need that option. Four "fun" desks for groups to rotate in daily or weekly. Bean bags when they may need an at-home comfort feeling, and a bookshelf for them to decorate or add what feels like home for them. This supports student's mental health.
