Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we encourage our students to participate in after-school club activities, we are planning an open event to our entire school body.

We would love to host a cookie decorating event, with hot cocoa and fun times to be had by all.

The supplies requested will allow students to pick a cookie of their choosing to decorate during our club's after-school event. Students will also be allowed to create the perfect hot chocolate and pick the accouterments to accompany their drink. Then students will set to work decorating cookies as they see fit to, allowing them to unify and discuss with others why they decided to decorate their cookie the way they did. We love allowing students the time and place where they can be who they want to be!
