Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We work hard throughout the school year learning our letters, numbers, and learning how to read and write. Part of the Social Studies curriculum involves learning about different holidays that people celebrate throughout the year. Which is why I love celebrating each holiday with my students. I love to provide everything for my class celebrations as many of my families are unable to provide due to financial insecurities.

Along with the holiday crafts, gift bags, and activities, I am wanting to provide my class with more art supplies like canvases and jewelry making for fine motor skills. Another light table to practice letters and numbers for my transitional kindergarteners would be ideal as they love the first one so much! Thank you for helping make this possible!
