Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Holidays are an important time in our students’ lives! I want all of my students to experience the magic the holiday season can bring.

I would love some holiday-themed books to help foster a sense of inclusivity by having read-aloud for different holidays.

I plan to wrap the books and number them for each day of the month. I will then have students unwrap one each day and we will do an activity connected to that book. With this project, I would also like to provide fun holiday gifts for students families. Each student will create their own snow globe they can take home. This will allow them to have the joy of making and gift-giving to their families.
