Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most of my students don't have access to celebrating special moments during the holidays so we are trying to make them feel loved by showing how much we care and love them!

As the end of the year can get very chaotic, our focus is to slow down and celebrate as a school community and teach the students the important part of celebrating the who we are.

We will decorate the auditorium, the students will come in and take pictures with Santa and the Elves, play games, eat cookies, and drink hot chocolate. The gingerbread popcorn boxes will be perfect to be filled with goodies that will be sent home as an extra treat for the students!

This holiday party will help us come together to spend time doing what we like most. Thank you in advance!
