Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are an Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) classroom of 24 students, about half of whom receive special education services. Our students are eager to learn and need the resources to be successful in their studies!

Our students come from various economic backgrounds, with most of our students receiving free lunch.

My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them for the rest of the day!

My Project

I am requesting basic school supplies such as fun scented pencils and colorful pencil holders. Pencils are a necessary for my students to do their classwork to the best of their ability.

These fun designs and scented pencils will help to make learning more fun in my classroom.

I am also requesting colorful neon pencil holders so my students will have a place to store their supplies at each table group. The colors will allow each table group to know which holder belongs to them, and allow easy to reach supplies from their desk seats.
