My Project

Yer a Wizard! Our students have been experiencing Harry Potter and are now excited to be participating in a Potion Making Class! Recently, Donors Choose helped fund our materials to read Harry Potter in the classroom. The immersive lesson has been a HUGE success! Now, students will be following directions, and working with their friends to create edible potions. They will have their own potion making kit with aprons, safety glasses, beakers and test tubes.

Our middle and high school students, with various impairments and disabilities, will be so excited to engage and explore with one another in hands potion making activities incorporating literacy, communication, science and physical therapy.
