My Project

My students love learning about history! I love that they get really excited when they are finding out new information on the past, the present and the future of our world and country. I see the excitement in their eyes and hear it in their voices when they have learned new words and are able to see themselves as an archaeologist or a museum curator in their future.

Traveling into the past of the United States or Ancient Civilizations with the use of the maps, posters, books and globes will help them ask and answer higher order thinking questions and use their research skills to write essay papers.

Your donation of these items will help them travel across the world and think outside of their neighborhoods to places they may travel to one day.
