Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students need tri fold boards to present their research on Hispanic Heritage Project. They will have a showcase for parents and the community. Students will choose a Spanish speaking country to research the culture, history, and food. They will create a poster with the information.
Also, as part of their presentation students will be preparing a dish to show case the day of their presentation.
They will present orally on the day of the showcase. This is important for students to practice communication and connect with the community, teachers and peers.
