My Project

It is so important for students to see themselves represented throughout the classroom that they attend daily, as well as to learn about people and cultures of which they are unfamiliar. These books will help facilitate daily conversations about acceptance and diversity. Having a great book helps to guide and put images to dialogue that may be completely foreign to our little learners' minds.

Not only will these books be used for the current students in my classroom, but loaned to classrooms throughout the building, as well as classes in the future.

Your donation will impact students for years to come and help to build a future generation of allies, activists, and people that are accepting and loving to all.
