My Project

At Hilton Enterprises, employees(students) are expected to come to work excited, prepared and ready to learn. In our office (classroom), the employees have different jobs that keep our office running smooth. We are life long learners and want a great start to be successful.

The employees are eager to work and there are some challenges that can come about when a task is set for completion.

The chart stand will assist with presentations and collaboration when there is team work. The printer will assist with copies needed for group projects and homework. The headphones for the employees will assist with concentration on their devices to complete office tasks.

Our school focus on PBIS points. The employees are given points for Showing Respect, Working with others, Always Be Responsible, and Get Along with Others(SWAG). The employees take the points and do mental math to earn their paychecks. They will take their points, round the number to the nearest 10, 100, or 1,000 and give 10% of that amount to the bank for taxes. The employees then shop at the classroom store for items.

As you can see, we have a great time at Hilton Enterprises. We have standards and expectations that are set for success. The employees are excited to come to work, earn their pay, and shop.
