Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting an Apple MacBook that can be used to make lessons come to life and be more engaging for all students. They will have access to creative lessons with slides, videos, and clips that can be projected and mirrored onto a Promethean board. This will allow them access to interactive lessons, where they can be excited about solving math problems. They will want to come up to the Promethean Board and use different strategies to solve math problems and explain their work. This will help students learn from one another and learn new ways of solving problems. They will be excited and proactive in their learning.

The students will be able to grow as scholars and have access to all the available resources that are out there to engage them.

They will benefit from new technology and websites by having access to engaging, creative and meaningful lessons. Thank you for your generosity, support, and dedication to public education!
