This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students have been eager to get back to in person learning. Now that we have a little normalcy, they are ready to dive into projects and be creative. My students are strong individuals with the heart and the will to overcome any obstacles that get in their way. They come from different backgrounds, a heavy Title I population predominantly Hispanic and African American. The first step to being successful is a dream, and I can say that my students are well on their way to success.

My Project

With the marketing world evolving faster than ever, my students are getting creative in finding ways to raise funds for our marking class. The marketing class is exposing our students to 21st century skills. Marketing has and will always have a huge impact in our lives. My students will learn how to use the Circuit and vinyl to create signs, posters, t-shirts and more. My students will have the opportunity to invest, create, and fundraise with the requested materials.

My goal is to graduate my students with the skills they will continue to utilize in college.

"Business has only two functions - marketing and innovations." Through this equipment, I hope to not only help my student be innovators by discovering ways to raise funds, but also ways to market their innovations.
