Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Biology has always been a fascination to students because of the ability to study microscopic organisms with a microscope. Our school have the microscopes, but we are missing the tools to observe the organisms in our environment. The microscope slides would be a very useful tool to allow students to observe microscopic beings in their own backyard.

My students have also expressed interest in seeing microorganisms grow on a petri dish.

They are overly excited to see how genetics REALLY works in vivo. the two Carolina science kits will help facilitate an engaging and impactful learning experience for my students that they can share with their friends and families. We appreciate you for checking out our project!
