My Project

The research I found from a blog published by haws.com states that "According to the results of a new study from researchers at Harvard, more than half of the nation’s children and teens are dehydrated.

And, shockingly, about 25 percent of kids don’t drink water daily.

The goal of this project is to provide my students with the opportunity to independently access water throughout the day as they see fit. This project involves a table/counter top water filtered pitcher; re-useable drinking cups with straws and water bottles for when you go outside to play.

This project is a way to make sure that our students stay hydrated on our watch.
