My Project

Hello, I am an Occupational Therapist, and the students I work with have special learning challenges and various needs including sensory processing and social and emotional needs.

This year, we would like to enable their learning through sensory exploration by providing our students with various sensory tools and equipment in order to help them focus and improve their participation in their classrooms!

In occupational therapy, sensory input gives the students the tools they need to learn to regulate their mind and body responses in their environments. These tools include but are not limited to tactile fidgets, weighted vests, flexible seating, vibration tools, chewy tubes, and more!

We would greatly appreciate any help and support to have this opportunity to help our students! Thank you!
