Helping Little Engineers

Help me give my students the gift of exploration. I want to give my students the gift of joy and creativity. This includes Magna-Tiles, gear building sets, and other items.

My Students

Each day I have the privilege to work with 24 very different students. My students come from different backgrounds, perform at different levels both academically and socially, and each child has their own individual needs. One thing all of my students have in common is their love for exploration!

My students love to explore, whether it is through a science experiment, or going on a nature scavenger hunt, learning about the world around them.

Mostly, my students love to explore through building and other STEAM projects. They enjoy working together with one another to create a new building or a rocket ship. They exhume immense pride once they finish a project and are always thrilled to share!

My Project

STEM, also known as Science Technology Engineering Mathematics, exhibits a multitude of benefits for students. As students engage in STEM activities, they become independent thinkers, as well as creative thinkers. My students will be challenged to think differently as they engineer amazing creations.

Incorporating STEM activities into my students day will also encourage them to build relationships with one another and develop teamwork skills.

As students complete STEM activities, they will begin to listen to each other, and work together to make something truly magical. Something they are proud of.
