Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a student who is a very nice and respectful second grade student. He is pleasant and works hard. He appears to enjoy school.

The student has many friends.

He likes attending class trips. The pupil also enjoys learning.

My Project

This packet is filled with groceries, cleaning supplies and paper goods to help a young family get though a very sad and desperate situation, their father is in the hospital struggling with Covid-19. School supplies such as pens, copying paper and crayons will help the children complete their assignments during remote learning. The mom needs the supplies to help her three young sons survive during this difficult time. All three boys need the items to help them learn. One of the young boys is a student of mine who is one of the nicest students I have ever met. It is terrible that the family has to go through such a devastating experience.
