My Students

When I went to kindergarten, I remember that we got to paint and play the majority of the day. These days, kindergarten is a lot different. My students have a lot of expectations that they have to master throughout the school year.

My kindergarten students are excited to come to school and learn.

We are a small school in Florida that work with students from a variety of backgrounds. My students love learning through hands-on activities that are engaging and fun! They enjoy being able to show what they know.

My Project

Our class has gotten larger and we don't have enough room on our carpet for our students to sit comfortably. We are requesting a larger animal carpet for our classroom. We use the carpet for our morning meeting and whole group activities. With this carpet, we can accommodate many children while being able to see each other during instruction. The children will be able to communicate easily with each other.

By having this new carpet, our children will be able to actively engage in their learning.

Additionally, I will be able to monitor their learning as they are working. This will also create a sense of community in our classroom. We appreciate all of your support!
