Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a special education teacher working in a low-income area, there are several obstacles my students face. I want to help and provide my students with the best they need to succeed.

The students in my classroom are students with learning, speech, and emotional disabilities.

If I could describe my students I would say they're creative, funny, and unique. I provide my students with a safe, comfortable, and caring environment where they can be themselves and share their creative minds.

My Project

Please help my students get copying paper, writing folders, and a laminating machine. A laminator and copying paper are essential materials needed in the classroom. I am able to create important materials for my students to assist them with their work. For example, I've printed a subtraction with regrouping checklist for students who have a difficult time remembering steps. Being able to laminate these materials would be great!

The folders will be able to keep track of each students writing during their assignment.

I know my students will love these writing folders because it will allow them to see where the beginning portion of their work and the ending product. It will also help my students organize their writing papers.
