My classroom is full of 42 energetic and ready to learn students who are managing not just to learn Reading and Social Studies in their native language, but also Science in a second language. With your help my students will have the equipment they need for a successful year.
My classroom is made up of 42 Spanish speakers with English being their second language.
These students are from a high poverty area, who receive free breakfast and lunch. The students at this school make a daily effort to make it to school and learn something new. Even though they live in hard neighborhood, they are eager to come and learn.
My Project
My students need a X-Acto High Commercial Electric Pencil Sharpener, pencils, and erasers. In my classroom its always about maximizing time with my students. I cannot afford to lose time trying to fix our sharpener every five pencils we sharpen. My students also need Crayola markers and crayons. We want to make learning fun and exciting. My classes love to do project based learning; therefore, I need to have the necessary materials to continue differentiating lessons for my students. My students work hard for me and I want to reward them for their hard work. My students need a Fun Express Deluxe Treasure Chest to use as a motivational tool to keep coming to school everyday and work hard everyday.
Students need the necessary material to continue working.
