Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This school year has been a bit challenging with families trying to ensure their children are ready for school. It is important to have basic school supplies to be ready to learn in school. With the end of the year around the corner, it is important to have supplies that are needed in the classroom.

We need to replenish pencils, erasers, dry-erase markers, folders, a sharpener, and some sheet protectors for the classroom.

My students are learning how to add and subtract two 2-digit numbers, they are learning to write sentences using adjectives and correct verb tenses. They need to ensure that they have supplies so that they are ready to learn about sound and light in science and why it is important to keep our hands clean for our health. Best of all, to be able to be ready for the second grade by using different strategies and resources.
