My Project

I am seeking the teaching manual for the Foundations phonics program from the University of Florida Literacy. I am asking for the manual so I have access to an explicit and systematic program for teaching my struggling second graders the foundational reading skills necessary for proficient reading. Foundations follows a carefully developed scope and sequence designed to ensure that students systematically acquire each skill needed and learn to apply each skill with automaticity and confidence. We will use this program as an intervention for my struggling readers. This is one of the top resources for students to master phonics and our students would greatly benefit from receiving it
