Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are all diagnosed with speech and language impairment or learning disabilities. In addition, I work with many English Language Learners. My students are motivated and enthusiastic to learn! Your donation will enable me to purchase story companions, worksheets, and interactive games via the TeachersPayTeachers website. The games and worksheets will target a variety of speech and language skills including main idea, vocabulary using context clues, inferencing, formulating sentences, following directions with spatial concepts, and reading skills. My students will be able to practice newly learned skills using these hands on activities. In addition, your donation will cut my planning and preparation time drastically since I won’t have to create these materials from scratch. My students and I thank you in advance, for your support and generosity!
