My Students

My students are an amazing and creative group of kids. They are expressive, funny, and forever keep me on my toes.

Some of my students have difficulty learning in the traditional way, and they need to get creative in how they navigate school.

It takes a great deal to complete classwork and maintain their attention, but they work hard to do it. These kids deserve the best tools to work with, books to read, and resources to work with.

My Project

This year I have students who are taking Algebra I. Some of these students come to me for tutoring in Algebra. Now when we need a good explanation to a problem, we go online and search for one. This is very time consuming. We would all benefit from having a library of reference materials for help when my kids do their homework and study for tests.

I have amazing and eager students who need me to get an algebra reference library and a projector.

This will help us learn multiple ways to complete our homework, and we can see examples of different methods used as we watch Youtube videos on our projector.

Currently, when we have questions, about how to complete a problem, it takes a bit of digging to figure it out. We need to cut to the chase, and get the answer quickly. It will be faster and more efficient if we can go to our library and get the answer.
