Hello everyone, I am a 5th grade teacher in a high needs community in New York City. My students are talented and gifted, however our classroom is the hottest room in the building!

Unfortunately, we are the only classroom in our "wing" that is not air conditioned. Our windows are large, but don't seem to help. If we keep them open we hear sounds of New York City traffic outside. We can barely hear each other!

Please help us by donating so that we can purchase a portable air conditioner. A regular AC would be unable to fit in our windows.

You help will ensure that my students can focus on learning, instead of being ridiculously hot and sweaty. It makes it hard for ALL of us to focus. Your donations will make a huge difference as far as our physical learning environment.
