My Project

I am blessed to grow with my Kindergarten class every day. They are so inspirational through their hard work, eager questioning, and supportive interactions with one another.

I have seen the impact of COVID-19 over the past year and a half with a decrease in fine motor skills, social-emotional skills, and a larger percentage of students coming in with no preschool experience.

Having better opportunities to grow by using Fairy Tale STEM projects with retelling reinforcement (puppets) will allow my students to dive into exciting literature with social-emotional themes, work in groups communicating and planning, strengthen fine motor by building, and working on crucial language development.

Building blocks, math centers, paint, and snap and learn language centers will encourage learning through exploration and also support fine motor skills.
