Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from working families who sometimes move to different neighborhoods and end up with absences and having to make new friends. That is why it is important to have students select flexible seating so they can comfortably have opportunities to work together and get to know each other.

Flexible seating gives students choice and it avoids having students be reminded to stay seated when students are nervous and can't seat for long periods.

My students have stadium seating and it helps some students who enjoy working in other areas in the classroom. However, the wobble chairs will assist those students who have difficulty sitting in a classroom chair that can be too small or too big to sit comfortably for the entire school day.
