My Project

Cheerleading is a sport built on strength, flexibility, sportsmanship, and collaboration. NEST+m, a public school in the Lower East Side in NYC, is starting a Middle School cheer team to help promote school spirit, instill hard work and dedication, and bond a group of individuals around a common interest. Cheerleaders maintain top grades, are role models for the students around them, and help to bring positivity and happiness to all.

We are looking for any support in the purchase of cheer mats to use to promote a safe practice environment and performance space.

We want to ensure students feel comfortable taking risks and trying new skills because they are supported below them. It is a challenge as a public school to be able to individually fund these endeavors, but this truly would make our team able to work hard and practice in a carefree space. Your donation and contribution would mean everything to us and our gratitude would likely reach the sky. Thank you for considering helping us FLY and soar.
