My Project

This list contains a few things we are requesting to restock our "Care Closet." Maslow's Hierarchy of needs states that there are five levels of needs that motivate people. Physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization.

In our "Care Closet," I want to provide things that I think will help my students succeed.

I know how it feels to be hungry or thirsty and how hard it is to concentrate. I never want my students to experience or feel this way. If I can help meet their physiological needs, then I know for a fact we can move up a tier, and I can provide them with safety, love and belonging, help with esteem, and self-actualization.

Some of the items I provide are granola bars, water bottles, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, mints, hair ties, socks, deodorant, lip balm, feminine care products, and I definitely want to add more and would love some help!
