My Project

Due to COVID-19 my students are not accustomed to social interactions in a classroom setting. My students have mental health needs because of lack of social interactions with their peers. Many of my students experience anxiety about coming to school every day.

My students need the ECR4Kids Single-Sided Book Display and books for our classroom.

They need the book display because my students don't have a place to store their books. If we had one, my students would be able to read the Crayon Series books and other books about feelings and emotions. They would have easier access to these social and emotional books instead of the books being stacked up in our classroom.

The Crayola Paintbrush Variety Classpack, School Supplies Horizon Group USA 8x10 Canvas Panel Boards, Value 2-Pack - Strathmore 400 Series Pastel Pad Paint Brushes, Round Paint Tray Palettes, Small Paint Brushes Bulk, Scotch Brand PRO Thermal Laminator, markers, Scotch Thermal Laminating Pouches will help my students strengthen their Social and Emotional Learning in our classroom through art activities. They will also provide evidence-based reasoning and critical thinking skills for my students. The art activities will allow my students to find and express their uniqueness, and creativeness without boundaries.

The Small White Board Dry Erase Boards are another way for my students to express themselves. It will help my students because it is a quick and easy way for my students to tell me about their emotions and experiences.

The Kids Headphones - Noot products are needed for my students who have anxiety. These students would be able to listen to calming music without disturbing anyone.
