Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our amazing 4th graders are curious, creative, and full of big ideas! As students in a rural elementary classroom, they don’t always have access to the same resources as larger schools, but that doesn’t stop them from dreaming big. They love asking questions, solving problems, and exploring the world around them—but we need more STEM books to fuel their curiosity!

With your help, we can add engaging books like the Science Comics series, which brings exciting topics like space, dinosaurs, and engineering to life.

We also want to introduce inspiring biographies like Dinosaur Lady and Shark Lady, showing our students the impact of real-world scientists. Books like How to Eat in Space and Coding Capers will encourage them to think beyond the classroom and imagine themselves as future astronauts, engineers, and innovators!

With your support, we can give our students access to high-quality STEM literature that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and opens doors of possibility. Every donation—big or small—makes a difference in creating a classroom where learning is limitless!
