My Students

My fourth-grade class has 32 students in it. My students are eager to learn, enjoy school and are motivated to succeed. They love to use their imagination and grow as learners. We are a large school with over 1,000 students. We are a Title I school and all the students in my school all receive free breakfast and lunch. Many of the students in my school are English as Second Language learners. We have many different languages spoken in my school. My students come to school with big smiles and are ready to learn and achieve great things!

My Project

Help to fill our classroom with amazing supplies. With the right supplies our classroom will be full of the materials we need to have an amazing year. Help to give my students access to materials so that they can be independent learners. We will be able to organize charts in the chart boxes. My students will have access to dry erase board erasers, tape and staplers to help them be independent learners. We will keep our mentor texts and important papers in the sheet protectors so that we can access them during the entire school year. We will also use the educational DVDs to help us to learn about important topics in social studies and science. These videos will help my students to visualize what is happening and to understand what is occurring in history. It is so important for my students to be able to see what they are reading about. Liberty kids is such a great resource to show my students what life was like during the American Revolution.
