My Project

Students today are often in rooms with a great deal of sensory input. The rooms can be bright and colorful with peers collaborating and talking throughout the day. Additionally, with the rigor of curriculum increasing, there is less time for students to move around and take breaks. These wiggle cushions allow for students to gently rock or "wiggle" while working and maintaining focus.

I would like each child to have a wiggle cushion that they can transport to where ever they are working in the classroom or school.

This will allow for freedom of movement to where students are working in groups, reading independently, going to specials, or getting related services in or out of the classroom.

These cushions are easily cleaned also with simple soap and water so they can be sanitized when needed.
