My Project

With each year I see more and more students coming into my office because they experienced an anxiety or stress inducing event during the day.

Giving students tools to cope with their stress and anxiety is essential to helping them not just in school, but in their lives.

Items such as stress balls are essential in giving them a focal point, while games, cards and activities help them to explore and understand how they are feeling and how to cope with those feelings.

I hope to add these products to my practice to help them while they are in school and give them the tools to practice coping skills outside of school.
