My 5th graders have been through a lot this year so far. We have had teachers come and go, students come and go and yet we are still trying to smile and make learning a fun and interesting. Our students come from a low income area and we have several that do not speak English as their first language.
Having a laminator and the other supplies will help me to create fun ways for the students to learn more about reading, writing, and speaking before they move up a grade.
It is my goal to help all our kids, but I would love to be able to see our kids who struggle succeed in their goals before the end of the year and having these supplies will help all of us.
