Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are so excited to integrate technology into their learning. By the end of the year, we hope to have our students publish their own work. To do this, they need the flexibility to be able to transfer their work from laptops to computer labs.

Our students are excited learners and creative thinkers.

They are always striving to use the latest technology and teaching the teachers a thing or two about it as well. In our school, we have a computer lab that the students visit once a week, as well as laptop charts on each floor of the building. All computers are shared with about 500 students daily.

My Project

I am requesting 10 flash drives to save their work on the computers. Technology. Technology. We use technology everyday of our lives. We are teaching the children to use and create Power points, Word documents, and research topics using computers. We share the computers amongst several classrooms. The flash drives will allow us to easily access our documents. We will be able to travel with our creations from laptops in the classroom to the computer lab.

By receiving flash drives, our students will be able to integrate a new form of technology into their learning, as well as allow them to take their learning with them as they go different places.

They will be able to take documents home, in the computer lab, and be able to work on them in the classroom. This technology will allow the students' flexibility in their learning.
