Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of my students in the fall reside in the South Bronx District 8 area. Being as many students come from low income homes, back to school shopping can be very hard for their parents/guardians. Therefore, I would like to create this project to help provide supplies for my students in hopes of helping them and their families. Most of the items are basic everyday supplies like pencils, erasers, a classroom sharpener, tissues, children's masks, etc. Things that my students will be so appreciative to have in their classroom on a day to day basis.
