My Students

Do you remember the first time you painted in school?

I teach pre-kindergarten to eighteen wonderful children.

Most of them come from low income families. Many do not get the opportunity to paint at home. It is essential that they have the opportunity to paint in school. They deserve to have the best and I want them to have the supplies they need to enhance their artistic abilities.

My Project

My children love to paint. As you know young children manage to get paint everywhere. Unfortunately, we do not have smocks to keep them from getting paint on themselves. I have brought in T-shirts to try to keep them clean, however it hasn't worked. We need Smocks to keep them clean. We also need paint. Our supplies have run out, but the children still want to paint. They ask me all the time if they can paint but I have to tell them we do not have any. I told them I would do my best to get some more.

You will make it possible for the children to be able to paint and keep themselves paint free in the classroom.
