My Project

A project is needed to fund our new, dynamic marching drumline. Unfortunately, the regular operational budget is not about to cover the cost of these new instruments.

Your generous donation will help provide our middle school scholars with the percussion instruments needed to help make this new marching drumline a success.

The brain-based benefits of learning an instrument are monumental. Research shows, for instance, that the neural networks developed when learning music make it much easier to learn all sorts of information, such as math and foreign languages, later in life.

The benefits of participating in drumline transcend music alone. Instrumental awareness and practice help young scholars battle fear and insecurity, which they can apply throughout their lives.

The motto for our drumline is Discipline, Pride, Attitude, and Commitment. Discipline not only in the percussion setting, but also in one's life. Pride not only in one's performance, but also in one's self. A positive attitude in both practice and performance settings. And commitment to work ethic, integrity, and personal development.
