My Project

Please help the weight training students at our HS by allowing the purchase and use of a brand new piece of coaching equipment, an iPAD!

The uses for this device within the confines of the weight room will help propel our students form and technique to the next level!

By introducing video analysis into the weight room, especially when we begin introducing our olympic weight lifting movements, students will be able to see their form in real-time on the iPad, and with the use of specific software technology, student will be able to see if their movement patterns are correct, incorrect, and how they can improve!
