My Project

Our students attend a rural public high school, which serves about 530 students. We are located in an area where the socioeconomic status of many residents is low. Many students have parents who are out of work, especially after the devastation that Covid-19 has brought to our world. Our school relies heavily on state funding and this year, we are struggling once again due to COVID-19. Budgets are being cut and our students are feeling the brunt.

Despite these struggles, the world demands even more from our students than ever before and our kids work hard to rise to those challenges.

Providing them with more test prep and career resources, as well as fiction and nonfiction books, will help assure they are prepared to go out into a global society and thrive.
